"景色も設備も良く、とても快適な滞在でした。"

とても綺麗で、2人でも十分に快適な広さのお部屋でした。高層階だったので窓からの緑豊かな景色も最高で、静かにぐっすり眠れました。大浴場は小さめですが私が使った時は混んでおらず、気持ちよく利用できました。ホテル内のコンビニもとても便利で、ぜひまたリピートしたいです。

The room was standard and average. I stayed alone in a double room, but noticed that one of the two complimentary water bottles provided had already been opened. When I informed the front desk the next day, it felt like they couldn't understand English very well. Later that night, I realized I had left my Dior earrings in the bathroom. I had to urgently ask the staff at my current hotel to call and check for me. It turned out the housekeeping staff did find them. Although I eventually paid out of my own pocket to have them shipped to my new hotel, I feel it is quite unprofessional that they found a guest's lost property but didn't take the initiative to notify me

"Fantastic option for a pre or post airport stopover!"

Loved the facilities, everything was modern, clean and the design of the hotel was fantastic. Having a Family Mart open 24/7 inside the hotel is a stroke of genius! Shuttles to and from the airport were very easy and convenient.
