The manager Michael was friendly and very helpful.

Very cold and the shower was not safe for a disabled person

Plug socket hanging off with label on wall saying unsafe, child could still put fingers in. Bed very used, too warm and traffic noise from road bad. No breakfast available and never advised on booking

Plug socket in room was broken and just had a sign above saying do not use. A child could still put a finger inside and get an electric shock ! No breakfast available, room dated and hot. Couldnt turn radiator off so seat all night. Sheets dirty.

we liked the bed was comfortable and bath was nice but had to get staff to find us a plug to keep the water in.Staff was very friendly.

We were in the suite the bathroom smelt of urine,very old furniture in room,reception when you come through doors was very dirty needs a dust and vacuum ,they was few rips in the carpet in the room,they was no plug for bath had to ask nightshift staff witch he did get for us,no iron just iron board,they was no wash stuff and they was no milk for tea or coffee and took us ages to connect to WiFi wasn't worth the 115 per night in my eyes

There was urine on the toilet seat in my room and in my colleagues room blood on the soap dispenser and mould in the bathroom. The cleaning standards were dreadful.

I copied and pasted the address given and it took me somewhere different, I called number given , no answer. I had to book somewhere else which was fine. I put request for refund in , within 1 hour of booking. Later found out accommodation was at other location and receiving contact from from the property, they informed me they would not refund. Disgraceful
