the restaurant was beautiful but the hotel was absolutely shocking. Noone on reception, people screaming in the corridors all night. 4 times the fire alarm went off during the night. People loudly having sex at 4am! we left at 6.30am. had enough

the restaurant food we had was very good.

when we arrived it took staff 25mins to even acknowledge us in reception the only reason we stained was the fact we had prepaid. lots of noise from other guests, fire alarm sounding at midnight. 1.20 am a drunk guest trying to access the room and banging on door. Loud noises from the car park all night. 1st impressions are of a clean room, however after a few seconds you notice mold around the bathroom on the tiles and just little bits.

The property needs to decide if it’s a restaurant or a hotel. No one was on reception when we arrived and even though a staff member seen us and said they were getting someone we were left waiting for almost an hour. Despite going into the restaurant and asking for assistance three times. We were told there was a table available when we went into the restaurant we had to queue again for another ten minutes even though there were plenty of empty tables. The music was quite load which left you shouting for a conversation, what’s worse is it was a Rihanna album. The room didn’t have any hearing so had to use a blow heater. The bed only had 3 pillows which was a mess about. The tv hung half way across the room with wires hanging down and the side board next to the bed had a large burn mark which I’m assuming is from a previous guests spoon. To top it off the spicy burger gave the other guest food poisoning so I had to but up with the noise of them spewing all night too. Spent the next day catching up on sleep.

Nice Italian restaurant and rooms are immaculate!

Nothing to like.

There were no towels, The tap in the bathroom kept dripping, The room is close to the restaurant and the door between does not block the loud noise playing in the restaurant, The people visiting the restaurant use the door meant for people staying and thus create loud noise when leaving at night.

Generally dirty. Stained pillows and old mattress, furniture and toilet pan outside bedroom window.

The room was cold and due to the window seals being damaged also noisy from the A19. The TV remote was missing. The bed linen felt unclean and irritating. As I arrived late in the evening I camped out and put up with it. I won’t return.
