Intercontinental Madinah - Dar Al Iman by IHG

As we had an exceptional stay last year in InterContinental Dar-Al-Iman, we decided to return back again this year to this wonderful hotel which didn't disappoint us. The reception staff member let us choose between an early check-in in a classic room with city view or a regular check-in (At 4:00 PM) in a premium room with Haram View. As we were extremely tired from our long traveling journey, we sacrificed the premium option with Haram View to relax in the room as soon as possible, but this of course made a first excellent impression for us. The proximity of this Hotel to the Prophet's Mosque, especially the women's prayer door is one of its greatest Advantages. The Hotel Gate is directly facing the Mosque's Gate, no foot steps to count. The beds are very comfortable and provide a very high sleep quality which is essential for this trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Restaurant Rotana overlooking the prophet's Mosque provides an unforgettable dining experience, from the quality of food and beverage, to the variety of choices and kindness and friendliness of all the restaurant staff under the supervision of Mr. Usama Nasr. We would like to express our gratitude to the following restaurant staff who provided us with a VIP level of care and attention during breakfast and dinner: Mostafa, Sabour-Khan and Qeyas-Al-Din.

Alhamdulillah, the hotel is very good accomodation, near store and restaurant and the most important, if u go down from hotel u will be already at masjidil haram

Mr. Hamada professional approach, knows his rule very well, willing to help within the holte guide lines. Greets to with nice smile. House keeping staff Abdullah working good, communicate well and did his job very well. Front desk staff greets with smile and shows professionalism. Keep it up the good work 👏.

The rooms are cozy and very big and clean and the staff are very helpful especially Bashaer at the reception Very close to the Profets Mosque both the men’s and the women’s door and to the restaurants and the supermarket

I recently had an outstanding stay at the Hotel InterContinental Dar Al Iman in Madinah, and I can confidently give it a 10 out of 10. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the Prophet Mosque with easy access to key areas. It’s a top choice for pilgrims seeking quality and convenience. What set my experience apart was the exceptional service. Mr. Aseel Al-Refaie, Hospitality Director, went above and beyond, ensuring personalized attention that made my family—and especially my mother—feel welcomed and valued. I’m deeply grateful for his efforts. Additionally, Bashayer, the Guest Relations Officer, also deserves praise for her warm and attentive care.

Everything was excellent, staff was extremely friendly and helpful - especially the host Farah, and many others who made our stay pleasant and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at Dar Al Iman for 4 nights during the second week of November 25, when the weather was really pleasant. The hotel location is very convenient facing Haram. As an IHG member, we were upgraded to a nice suite with Haram view. I encourage everyone to apply for the membership as it is easy and free. The hotel staff, reception and house keeping were very welcoming and kind. Our stay package included breakfast and dinner, and both had excellent variety. The restaurant’s staff were all very courteous and always asking if we needed any thing. Special thanks go to Mr Seddeqie (I may have spelled it wrong). All in all, this hotel is our favorite when we are in Madinah.

Room was near perfect - location was second to none, we had the view of the Masjid right in front of our window, getting to the mosque took about 2 minutes. Breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable, and service was very good. In shaa Allah I will defiantly reconsider this hotel on my next visit to Madinah.
