Lovely service with very friendly staff especially the guest relations manager Mr. Mohamed al bloushi he was very welcoming and hospitable and helped a lot during our stay

I can’t fault this Hotel. It was amazing from breakfast to everything. They allowed us to check out at 1pm instead of 12 as we had to read zaur prayer before starting our onward journey to Makkah to perform umrah. The porters were amazing with helping us with our luggage to the taxi. The selection for breakfast was everything and anything your heart desires. As for the location to masjid nabwi was a stone throw away . As soon as you stepped out of the hotel the mosque was right in front of you.

One of the best concierge service we had, from Mr Mohammed AlBeloshi. He did for us the complaint for the Nusuk app step by step. He is very kind man.

The hotel is very old and there is no proper maintenance or renovation. Cleanliness is below acceptable standards, and for the price charged, the experience is completely unacceptable.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Madinah with my mum, and it was a deeply comfortable and memorable experience. The location is absolutely amazing and especially ideal for women, as the hotel is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the ladies’ gates 16 and 17. This made an incredible difference for my mum, allowing her to easily visit the mosque and pray all prayers there without any difficulty. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and supportive throughout our stay, always ready to help with a warm smile. The room was spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable, with a stunning panoramic view of Masjid Nabawi that made our stay even more special and spiritually uplifting. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it, especially for women and families seeking comfort, convenience, and proximity to the mosque.

One of the best hotels I like to visit in Madinah as location and hospitality staff with spacious rooms and excellent room service ( issue is the need of renovations which already the process is ongoing with special thank to Miss Suhad and Miss Fatimah to help solving the issue regarding upgrade to Haram view

Absolutely lovely experience. Haram access is super easy (gate 17), making it very convenient and fast to pray in the masjid.

Prime location near Haram, exceptional hospitality and service. Staff is very helpful, highly recommended hotel!!!
