I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and eager to help, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job ensuring everything stayed tidy throughout my visit. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were another highlight. The common areas were clean and inviting, and the on-site amenities were convenient and easy to access. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options, making it a great start to the day. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming environment made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Although I did not personally stay at InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah by IHG, My family recently stayed there, and after hearing their detailed feedback and seeing how satisfied they were, I felt it was important to share this outstanding experience. According to my family, the location of the hotel is truly exceptional, just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers and daily visits to the Haram. They spoke very highly of the professionalism, hospitality, and warmth of the hotel staff. In particular, Mr. Muhammad Al Balooshi was mentioned repeatedly for his excellent service, genuine care, and outstanding attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I look forward to experiencing it personally in the future, INSHALLAH.

I stayed at intercontinental daru al aman, this was my 2nd time stay at this hotel, loved always staying here, everything is up to mark, service, location, ambiance, lobby, breakfast, feels like our own home, i would like the thanks specially to Mohammed albolooshi who is always there for us for any help and assistance , thanks to staff aswell 🤗
