Intercontinental Madinah - Dar Al Iman by IHG

It is the best hotel to stay when visiting Madinah. I have been upgraded to very specious room with Harm view. If your wife coming with you there is area inside the Masjid for ladies very close to the hotel. Cleanness is outstanding, breakfast is great, staff very courteous and polite. May I mention Sharif Miah and Akram Hussain for being extremely courteous and polite. The hotel is excellent on current status, but being told by the reception it will have new renovations.

Currently staying here for 6 nights. Checked in on Tuesday. Requested for house keeping on Wednesday but suite not cleaned. Again, called for housekeeping on Thursday and informed they would clean the suite but no housekeeping at all for the past 2 days. Bathroom certainly needs improvement and not cleaned for an Intercontinental brand.

Excellent experience at Dar ul Emaan Hotel Madinah. The hospitality food bedrooms services proximity to mosque, views everything was exceptional. Additionally I would like to express my deep appreciation for Mohammad Muteir, the Front Office Supervisor for his exceptional service and warm hospitality during our stay at Dar Ul Emaan Intercontinental, Madinah. His kindness, patience, and genuine commitment to helping guests made a real difference for our family. He went above and beyond in every interaction, ensuring our comfort and making us feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you, Muhammad, for representing the spirit of Madinah with such sincerity and professionalism. No city like this in the world and your service truly stood out and made our stay memorable.

I recently stayed at InterContinental Dar Al Iman in Madina, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s atmosphere is serene and welcoming, and the proximity to the Haram makes every moment deeply peaceful. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service of the receptionist, Bashayer. She was incredibly professional, patient, and warm-hearted. Her attentiveness and genuine willingness to help made the check-in process seamless and comforting after a long journey. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her smile and kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay.

Good choice, and I will always choose the Intercontinental Group I begin by thanking and expressing my appreciation to Professor Fahd Al-Sayegh for the message of arrival and greetings to Mrs. Aseel for the wonderful words and appreciation in the email sent .I also extend my thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Mutairi (Director of Information) for providing assistance and meeting the needs of visitors, and for his professionalism, quick response, and achieving the impossible to satisfy customers and give an honorable facade to the hotel and add a feature to the hotel. As I mentioned, I'm a frequent visitor to hotels and have stayed in almost all the world's most luxurious hotels and resorts. However, I was extremely happy with my experience staying at your wonderful hotel, and I give it the highest rating for sophistication and luxury, surpassing all other hotels. This experience has proven that Dar Al Eiman and the InterContinental Group are the best in the world in every aspect. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our trip so enjoyable. I was delighted to join your club.The location is fantastic, especially since my room 203 overlooked the Prophet's Mosque (peace and blessings be upon him). The dinner was delicious and very good. The service was outstanding; everything was wonderful and beautiful, proving that there are people behind this success and follow-up. Thank you to everyone.

As usual a truly flawless stay This was an excellent stay from each and every aspect Very friendly staff everywhere including Mr Elrfayee front office manager who keeps personal eye on everything and Mr Mohmed ElShimary ( i hope i recall name well) who called after we left to be sure we reached home safely!! Attention of this hotel staff to details is second to non! Food and beverage great Cleanliness is great really spotless Location brilliant They deserve standing ovation

Excellent location for accessing the Masjid which is a minutes walk from the rear hospital exit. The hotel is clean, the staff helpful and polite. The food is excellent I met the Guest Experience Manager, Muhammad Al Blooshi, who was very welcoming. I certainly would consider returning to stay here again

The hotel staff are very friendly, and they all do their best to attend to our concerns because they genuinely care about their customers. One of the managers, Muhammad Al- Blooshi, was kind enough to give us all his attention for our concerns. The room service was very polite and breakfast was delicious as well. Overall, great hotel.

Everything of this hotel is just Perfect! Best location, very tasty food, nice and clean rooms and very cooperative staff.

Proximity and closeness to the Mosque is priceless in these types of visit. The staff were very kind and cooperative, although the hotel is a bit old, like most in the same proximity.
