Gyllyngvase House is a nice place to stay in Falmouth with a beach and a train station close by. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good as well. The room and the house were overall clean.

For not being one of the cheapest places around Falmouth, the room we booked as well as the bed were extremely small for two people. Because of the limited space it was also quite challenging to have luggage on the floor and still be able to walk around the room. The bathroom (although clean) was quite small as well with a rather thin door that could not be closed completely.

In a great location for either the beach, or a short walk into Falmouth town, with the Princess Pavilion literally around the corner. The accommodation and rooms were well appointed, comfortable and spacious, and plenty of storage. We had a fridge and air conditioning in our room, which were really useful in hot weather. The room was quiet, with views of the sea. The included breakfast gave an excellent start to the day. Parking onsite was also a bonus.

The choice of cereal was limited - no granola or muesli, although there was a yoghurt with berry compote and a sprinkle of granola.

The fridge in the room was a little bit noisy. I simply unplugged it and everything was perfect.

Lovely location , beautiful garden with garden room & honesty box lovely touch. Room very comfortable & nicely decorated. Lovely breakfast & plenty offered. Staff very friendly & helpful.
