The photos online were not representative of the property. There is a lot of improvement work going on, I couldn’t get breakfast or dinner

Lovely Grade II listed building, it’s been renovated to a high standard. Loved our double room & the owner Andy was so nice. Would definitely stay again if we were down near Bath again!

There is only a few minor things that could be addressed, in the bathroom could do with a couple of hooks, also somewhere to put a wash bag maybe a small table or a bathroom unit.

The location and price was prefect for what I needed. I just needed a bed to stay overnight in, which this ticked all the boxes.

Parking is tight, upon my return at night from Bath, I couldn't get in the car park, so I parked around the corner in a side street.

Lovely decor, fridge in the room for food/drinks and storage space in the room for clothing if staying for more than 1 night. Messaged the owners to check in and responded to questions quickly

Couldn't work out how to turn on the lamps in the room.

Location perfect

Parking… I was lucky but could have been proper cross if there wasn’t a space on site. Also the overhead shower and bathroom was superb but for travellers with long hair you might want to consider a separate low level handheld shower head as no shower cap is going to help.
