Iberostar Waves Bouganville Playa

We recently returned home from an amazing stay at the Bouganville hotel, firstly I would like to thank Manuel for his help and professionalism on arrival and also all the staff who work extremely hard to ensure this is such a great hotel , it really is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it , the room was kept very clean and the food is exceptional, you really can’t fault anything , this is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we will be coming back next year, once again thank you to everyone who made it a truly great holiday .

Superb stay! From the very warm welcome on check out, the amazing food, Branded drinks and gorgeous room our stay was brilliant. Pools are warm and views from 734 lush. Overall could not fault the hotel, staff and location. Well done Iberostar.

- Nous avons accès à de l’eau gratuitement dans les étages, cependant, lors du buffet le soir, l’eau est payante… !? - meubles un peu vieux et cassés dans les chambres

We come to this hotel every year in March all inclusive. Everything was good as usual but I became ill and was sick for two days after an evening meal. This spoilt the holiday for me. The wife was fine as eats different foods than myself. We spoke to another couple two days later and the lady was also sick the same night. Put it down to a bad one off experience.

La posizione, i camerieri molto cordiali soprattutto con i bambini, le piscine riscaldate e la pulizia delle camere e in generale della struttura. La vista mare dal terrazzo era bellissima

La reception, ogni cosa che si chiedeva sembrava un peso per loro controllare o fare,. I bicchiere e le posate molto spesso le facevamo cambiare perché non erano puliti bene

Excelente hotel, sobre todo los trabajadores, fuimos con nuestro hijo de 2 años y fueron muy atentos con el, camareros, cocineros…me quede sorprendido del buen trato y buen ambiente que hay. Repetire sin duda

This was by far the best holiday we have ever been on. The choice of food is incredible, the staff go above and beyond. The whole atmosphere and cleanliness is superb. We are visiting again this year and are really excited.

Nothing gets cleaned. Bedding was changed once during our 9 day stay despite being obviously dirty and sandy. Towels were hung back up wet to be reused, we asked for clean towels and were told ‘tomorrow’. Shower and floors were never cleaned. Restaurant is dirty, tables, plates, cutlery and glasses. Food was bad, raw chicken, stale pastries. Pool area and sun beds do not get cleaned, bird poo, melted chocolate, ice cream and hair that was there the day we arrived and the day we left. €20 deposit for a pool towel, €20 deposit for a kettle in your room. Mini bar is empty. Arcade is good but dirty and expensive. Kids ‘play areas’ are dirty and broken with nothing to actually play with.

We upgraded to the prestige package, was not worth it at all. The lounge food was awful pastries in the fridge so they were too hard to eat. Most food was stale. Would not say it’s a 4 star hotel. Location- was ok but music doesn’t go off till gone 1am in the morning and it’s VERY loud from your room we was on the highest floor! Cleanliness- towels were changed everyday but rooms were not cleaned properly.
