Caribe Resort by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

Location was great grounds were very nice

The front desk was only concerned with guests who booked thru Caribe. As a Hotels.com customer via Hosteeva we were second class citizens and treated as such. The front desk people were especially rude. The public restrooms were filthy due to the significant amount of teens on property using the restrooms as demolition areas. The clientele was poor since we had multiple teen fights where police were called. The second fight resulting in a significant head injury to one teen being taken out by ambulance. Blood was everywhere. There was teens congregating in the common open space inside the building atrium area making a lot of noise until 2am. This resort is pricey and you as a guest expect parents controlling children at 2am. We will never go back. Overrated.

There needs to be more furniture in the living room. One couch and two SMALL chairs that sit low was not enough for a family.

Need more signage to find appropriate stairs from lower par,ing lot

None of the pools were heated. So the water was unbearable and nobody was able to enjoy it. The hot tubs were always full of kids since the pool were so cold and when you was able to get into the hot tub the water was luke warm! There was supposed to be a putt putt area & that was taped off along with one of the inside pools that was taped off. The bar/concession closed @6 and wasn’t open on Monday either but stated on the hours of operation that it is open everyday.

Wonderful. Will stay again

Love this place. Can’t wait to come back.

The kids had a great time the staff was friendly and it was clean and well kept.

My stay at this place was beautiful and they had everything I thought I needed ☺️.

Everything was right at the resort, we never had to leave.
