Caribe Resort by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

Loved all the amenities here! It was perfect for us with little ones! We had an issue with the bed the first night but maintenance was amazing and took care of it right away! The bed was missing supports in the middle so the mattress sunk in the center by a good bit. He was very friendly and came up with a solution!! The views and properties were gorgeous! Staff was friendly and the place was so clean! The trolly to the beach was extremely convenient! We ate at Cobalt and the food was great along with the service, and we took a dolphin cruise at the marina which was so much fun for the kids! We will definitely book again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The dinner table needs to be replaced because it’s very unstable. Other than that everything was fine.

Kitchen items were missing to cook properly. The internet and tv didn’t work properly. We had fire ants coming into the condo and all over the back porch

This resort is absolutely awesome. Love being able to walk to the Marina and the restaurant, Cobalt's.

We love this place. We try to go every summer. Our grandson absolutely loves all the pools. It is safe. Cobalt, The Restaurant is wonderful.

We will be back next year for another family vacation. Loved every bit of this place.

The staff was all very friendly however there was very poor directions on where to park the car in our designated spot plus it was very difficult to figure out how to get from the lower level parking lot up to the entry of the hotel after figuring it out it was no problem but it was an issue for other people that we told because we discovered how to do it also other than that it was a very nice property and a very good experience

It was an amazing experience. The condo was beautiful. The floors were pretty dirty but everything else was clean

Staff was rude, got to the condo no key went to front desk they advised they did not have a key and that it may be under the door mat.Went back to the condo no key under mat, called they advised me to go back to the front desk they would issue me keys.Went back to the desk they stated again they did not called the number again they had to advise the desk to give me the keys for the condo that I paid for after being there over a hour and half was able to finally get into the room. Floors dirty and sticky tubs looked like they had not been cleaned. Staff wasn’t friendly at all very rude my daughter touched the elevator glass accidentally with her elbow and the staff member was fussing at her that they had just cleaned that she apologized and stated it was an accident the staff member continued fussing and stated she would be watching her. Other guest were applaud how the staff member acted.
