It was spacious, clean and updated. The best place ever.

We are 1 to 2 x a year regulars. This Unit had some issues. Worn furniture, no frying pans or grill, heater and fan in main bathroom broke

We were treated to upgrade room which was very nice and comfortable and quiet

The room was damaged, we cancelled , and hosteva refused to give us a full refund even though they didn't tell us anything else was available until a day before our trip, so we had to make other accommodations.

The location is very clean. The pool is beautiful. I did notice broken tiles in my condo. There were plenty of plates and cooking utensils in the full kitchen. The patio was very spacious but it would have been nice to have more seating outside. My son left his switch charger behind in the condo by accident and when I called to try to retrieve it no one could help me. The front desk said it was not in their lost and found. They transferred me to housekeeping where I left a message, but no one ever called me back. I do think this facility has poor communication. The front desk never answered their phone when I called from inside the room. But when I called from my cell phone to their main line they answered every time.

My family and I had an excellent trip. The stay was great the amenities were great. We had a well equiped kitchen so we cooked breakfast each morning. Hurricaine Sally was coming, we were leaving before it was reaching land fall. The location of the resort was convient. My grandson loved the in/out door pool and lazy river.

Second time staying here, will be back next year!! 😁

It was amazing! Felt very clean, and even on the holiday weekend it was spaced out enough to not feel crowded. Elevators a tad slow, and hard to find a luggage cart, but expected on Labor Day weekend.

Great location with awesome amenities. Big rooms made me feel at home. Great views as well
