El área de alberca, la habitación, la playa, en general está muy bonito el hotel y los jardines la comida es muy buena

Hay que rodear toda la alberca, faltan puentes o algo para cruzar la alberca, falta personal en el área de alberca para que sirva bebida o snacks, solo hay área de snacks en la playa, si estás en la alberca debes de ir hasta la playa

Hotel was great. Staff is friendly. My daughter had a great time. Room was clean. Activities to enjoy lead by Entertainment Staff at the pool and beach, Shows were really good. Food and drinks excellent at Buffet. Viviana at Concierge was good, Captain (Mayra) at Faro and Chef (Diner Buffet ) were AWSOME to accommodates my little one needs.

I traveled with my husband and I can say that our experience at this hotel was excellent. The facilities are comfortable and the food is varied. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff, both in the restaurant and at reception, who were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to concierge Alberto at the Mar Lobby for his professionalism and support in providing us with information from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. As a suggestion, they could improve the speed of service in some areas and the coordination of schedules for some activities, as there were occasional slight delays. However, these details in no way detract from the excellent service and atmosphere of the place. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

In general clean and very organized

The rooms on the pictures are way cleear than the actual rooms. Especially the bath tub.

The Concierges are not your friends. They are sales people who primarily are there to sell but mainly just annoy. After a day of travelling, the last thing you want is a 45 minute check in. They try and get you to join the hotel membership scheme and invite you to a breakfast/try out the other upper class hotel two doors down. My gf and I went along, thinking that's all it would be, not realising. It was basically a timeshare style presentation and when we said no halfway through, they got aggressive and mad and couldn't understand. We said we're here for a holiday, not a 90 minute presentation, we had to speak to about 10 different people, telling them no, just to get out of there. Don't even entertain the concierges, get your room key and go to your room! Take Mosquito spray!!! So many mossies, and a bottle of it in the hotel will set you back $20, everyone just wants your money there which was frustrating. Other than that, lovely grounds, massive pool (apart from one day when there was a condom floating in it). There are also these racoon dogs that run around the pool and will try and steal your food, one jumped on my gf then knocked a plate out of my hand scratching her in the process. The beach is class apart from lots of Jellyfish in the sea. You get sales reps harassing you around the pool and beach each day. The food was amazing, spoilt for choice everyday, we preferred the buffet to the restaurants. Entertainment team worked the hardest, they did a great job.
