Clean excellent pool and facilities and staff too. Reception was so fast and friendly

Ten minutes walk to the beach. Pool area and mini shop in lobby were nice.

WfiI didn't really work at sny time.. No cleaning in rooms during our 7 day visit, only trashcan was emptied once. Very limited kitchenware, an electric kettle and one huge pot is all there were.. Lumpy mattresses.

Small and nice hotel outside of the city. We had a great time and would give extra credit to the people that worked in the hotel.

They selected for us a different room than ordered. Lateral views instead of pool and mountain as we booked

I felt like I was staying at a friend's house because of the warm friendly people who worked there

Personal was good.

In the pictures the room was totally diferent. The beed was really bad: small, made a lot of noise every time you moved even a little bit, beed was hard. The balcony was in the ground, not on the ground. Because of the in the ground balcony, there was a lot of moist in the room.

It was a spacious room with a little kitchen. Nice pool and it's placed near tavernas with nice greek food. It worth it for the price.

There were not many kitchen utensils and for the shower it was a bar of soap (not gel or shampoo)

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Located just outside of rethymno, so more rural area, but shops were not a far walk away and the room was very nice, clean and we really enjoyed our stay!
