Apollon Hotel Apartments

It was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was a good size and the location was perfect. The pool was lovely and clean and the bar prices were very reasonable. As were the limited items in the small convenience shop inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stops, shops, tavernas and the beach. The wifi was really good. The hotel was close to lidl and other big supermarkets that where also very reasonably priced.

There was nothing we didn't like. We would happily stay again. If I was being really picky we could have done with an Iron and possibly a toastie maker or toaster. These are nice extras though and not necessarily important to everyone.

Hotel was nice and clean, also staff was very friendly, especially Desmina. Bar offers food as well, which is good if you do not want to go out. The shore was very good

We requested quite room, beause of our baby and daughter, and also 3 apartman next to each other since we travelled with family. None of them was completed. Bar was too close and noisy, and the three apartman was not next to each other . We changed room to be a quite place. Apartman was not equipped well, first room had no microwave, washing liquid even washing sponge was missing.So we had to buy. A little coffe maker would have been also handy. Neigbourhood is awful. Very poor, loth of rubbish everywhere, Dogs were tied on leash all day, very loud trucks and motorbikes , you do not want to take a walk there especially with children.

The outside appearance on arrival is clean, modern, and inviting. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The apartment was large enough, spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed.

Smoking is allowed in public areas, and balconies, and we think that should be restricted

We couldn’t sleep because every 2-3 minutes the air con makes a crazy noise like drilling. If you book an apartment please note that air con isn’t in the bedroom which made it too hot to sleep. You couldn’t use hotel towels by the pool which I thought was odd. You can’t take breakfast snacks to the room even though it’s a self catered apartment, also odd.

Je souhaite que votre service client me contacte car contrairement à votre contrat qui stipulait que le prix de base de l'appartement loué était bien pour 4 personnes (nous étions 3), j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de devoir payer pour "une personne supplémentaire" la somme de 144€ ! C'est inadmissible.

Trop de bruit la nuit dans les rues adjacentes.

Lovely pool and bar area. Very friendly staff. Although a little bit away from the beach and restaurants it's really easy to get to - 10min walk. Very clean. Easy to get bus to Rethymno old town which has lovely restaurants and Venetian harbour.

Not enough storage space in the rooms. Needed some hooks for towels in the bathroom and shelves for clothes. Need more utensils in the kitchen.

Superb helpful staff. 15 min walk to the restaurants, 20 to the beach, 5 to the bus stop.

No 5G signal, almost no WLAN signal either. Pool water quite murky all the time (due to people not taking a shower probably). Our room was in the semibasement and really hot. AC was extra codt; well, it was only 40C during day and 32C during night, not everyone wants it right..? Oh and it is a package tour hotel.

The owners and all of the workers couldn't make you feel more welcome. A relaxed hotel with everything you could need comfortable, short walk to beech and shops. Had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back!
