"Never going to La Ensenada Resort again!"

This resort does not have the quality it did a long long time ago. Will never go back... this place charges way too much for what it offers. Poor food quality, time restrictions for drinks that are supposed to be unlimited, and most importantly, lacking in hygene. I slept with sheets spotted with blood (pics attached) . Check your beds first guys! wanted to post the photos but they were restricted and not allowed to be uploaded. Este complejo no tiene la calidad que tenía hace mucho tiempo. Nunca volveré... este lugar cobra demasiado por lo que ofrece. Mala calidad de la comida, restricciones horarias para bebidas que se supone que son ilimitadas y, lo más importante, falta de higiene. Dormí con sábanas manchadas de sangre (fotos adjuntas). ¡Revisen primero sus camas, muchachos! Quería publicar las fotos pero estaban restringidas y no se permitía subirlas.

"GREAT STAY!"

The villas are older but spacious and comfortable. The villa we stayed has a washer and drier, a plus!!!! Food and drinks are okay they need a different selection/ variety. Beach is clean and not too many vendors. Customer service is great all around!!!! *** DO NOT LOSE YOUR ROOM KEY THEY WILL CHARGE $12.00
