La Ensenada Beach Resort

I loved their pool and how easy to close to the beach. Loved their pool bar. Staff was very friendly. Cons- they need more food variations, they had the same kind of chicken for lunch and dinner the day we were there. Also they bathroom in the rooms needs to be updated, water wasn’t coming out early in the morning so could t shower and the toilet wasn’t working. I also wished they had a blender at their bars so they could do frozen drinks

Nice beach, good size pool, although it could be bigger. The food is excellent.

Sometimes you couldn’t find a table to have lunch/dinner. It was a little packed all over.

The best place in Honduras! It's clean, safe & luxurious! We've stayed twice and it is fantastic. Includes food from their restaurant & has a massive variety. Has an in pool bar with all drinks included. Only steps from the beautiful warm beach. Truly a beautiful experience. Can't wait to return.

Me and my wife love the area and so clean and quiet! Also how everything is close to everything

I have visited numerous resorts in the Caribbean but my experience at THE ENCENADA TELA left me with a sour taste. First is a very expensive resort which you don't mind paying when you read their page and what they offers. "Looks are deceiving " First no internet at all! There only one place to eat and it's only open 2 hours for each meal period . The food is just typical Honduran food. They don't serve any American dish. They don't have an all day snack bar. No entertainment whatsoever. The room does not have complimentary soft drink just one bottle of water. Only bath towels. No face or wash cloth. I would not recommend or returned. And at checkout you have to call so they come to inspect the room but they never answer so you have to go searching for them. We asked for a late checkout of an hour and they refuse to do it. Staff at check treat you like your asking for a free room.. Pool and beach are nice. My only good meal I have to thank Mr Jairo whom request grilled chicken and fries for me. Every other staff I asked would answer we only have what being serve. The waiters were very nice. I pay $250.00 per night. Was not worth more than $75.00 and that's because the beach water was shallow and warm. Don't let the pictures fool you. BIG DISAPOINTMENT.

La única cosa que no me gustó de la ensenada es que no hay mucha variedad de comida para niños. Pienso que debería tener un menú para niños.

Todo es casi perfecto, a diferencia de el staff, que es un poco rudo! Pero de lo contrario muy recomendado!
