Stayed 1 night and was happy with the hotel for the price paid. Beerman restaurant on other facilities available on the first and second floor. Breakfast was okay plenty of choice as a westerner. Room has everything needed. Negatives - check-in took a long time as they wanted copy's of passports, residence card of Russian wife and birth certificate of my dual national daughter and covid tests. The room had a sewerage smell from the drains and the window fully opens and has no lock to prevent a child from opening and falling to the death.

Останавливаемся уже не первый раз. Обслуживание, как всегда, на должном уровне. Все в шаговой доступности. удобное расположение.

Первый раз останавливался ремонт был хороший, второй раз заселили, ремонт не очень, хотя по классу такой же бронировали. Девушки на ресепшене всегда вежливые, завтраки вкусные.

Очень нравится, бронируем при каждой нашей поездке.Расположение отличное, прекрасный персонал.

Номер в целом чистый, уютный. Единственная проблема - это матрас. Он был настолько, продавлен, что спали как в гамаке. Хорошо, что только одну ночь. вторую бы не выдержали.

Well located in a walkable and central location, right next to the main railways station and relatively close to the MRT. The rooms are somewhat basic, amenities are limited - no gym or proper swimming pool. There's a spa with a small sitting pool in the same building but it's an extra fee. The breakfast buffet is just "okay", the main (beer) restaurant called Beerman is quite good, although a bit pricey for Novosibirsk. The main restaurant also has a street-facing coffeeshop to spend some time before your check-in.

I’ve stayed at this hotel perhaps 30 times.This time I checked in late for a 3 night stay. 12 or more hours late, and asked for a late checkout of one hour. The check-in agent said okay, but later when I asked another agent to confirm this, I was asked to pay a $14 fee.
