Everything!! Beds comfortable, ac cold, ceiling fan didn’t make noise. The hotel is spotless. Those ladies constantly clean. The decor and colors are so pretty. The pool is big. Really nice courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff. Two gorgeous cats to protect the place 😉 They let us check in early too.

This is my second time staying here. Every time i come to cozumel i will stay here! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near everything. My room is clean and everything works! I feel safe and i definitely will return! Thank ALL OF YOU

Good location Comfortable bed

A lot of humidity and mold in one corner of the room, because of the AC leaking water. Sheets had blood stains. Cats in common areas, I wasn't aware of it and I am allergic. Noisy (was on the street side)

Very clean and quiet. Close to the ferrys, water and tourist area. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were pretty good. Our room was very nice and a good size.

The hotel is very old. There have certainly been updates but there need to be a lot more. The bed was very uncomfortable.
