This was my second stay at Casa Severina this year. The staff is friendly and forever welcoming. We stayed in the deluxe room and The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is good as well. I recommended this place to my family and they loved it. Stay at Casa Severina to experience the hospitality of the staff.
Nice hotel, very small quiet and friendly.... The delux room was nice and big, f17 was best with good view.... The pool was nice large and deep..... The only gripe is the hotel did not include airport transfers and had to haggle for a good price to drop also did not get a bottle of wine and fruit basket as the ad stated.... Was not happy with this The food was not too bad, not the best but defo not the worst, breakfast was ok.... The prices were very reasonable thou for both food and drinks If u want a nice small quiet hotel then this is the one.... But be warned this is very small..... Massive thanks to all staff esp Hazel and Brian who always looked After us.... Thank you......
My wife and I stayed here for three nights in November and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms, the service, the food (from the menu) was all great. The breakfast menu was fairly limited but not bad. The fresh omelettes they made for us were pretty good. The room (we stayed in F14, a deluxe room on the first floor) was well appointed and quite airy with a big balcony although the view from the balcony was below average (outside street). If you get a room on the other sides you can get the view of the pool or the garden which will be better. The location is close to the Calangute beach but if you want to be close to all the action (water sports, clubs, shacks etc) then it is not walking distance from any of it but 15-25 minute drive. All the staff we encountered was very polite and helpful particularly Brian and Hazel at the front desk and the manager at the breakfast buffet who would happily arrange for Masala Chai for us everyday!
What a lovely hotel in a lovely location. we did lots of traveling aroung Goa and were really please with this location. the beaches were not too busy and they were all kept very clean. a nice beach with nice bars for food and drink 5 mins walk from the hotel. the hotel staff were all nice and helpful, we used their taxi for a trip which was clean, air con and nicely driven (which is nice after some mad taxi drivers). the swimming pool was peacful and clean. We had fantastic breakfasts every morning, these changed each day and plenty of choices. also we had dinner in the hotel which was good. next time in Goa we will come back to this hotel because of the quality and location. and we will always get the hotel to send a taxi to pick us up from the airport. the airport taxis are maniac drivers!!!
It was a amazing experience at Casa. It's a nice cozy little hotel with limited rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though the food was not up to the mark, staying in the hotel is a very good experience. Just a suggestion to the hotel staff is to improve the quality and add more variety in the breakfast which is served.
We had stayed for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. The wash rooms were well designed and there was no case of leaking taps, wash basins etc. The members of the staff were extremely cordial where when you check in, the general manager of the hotel welcomes you personally and also calls on you before you depart. The breakfast which is complementary is also quite elaborate. The rooms which face the swimming pool have a better ambience.
It was a good hotel, the stay was good, hotel ambiance and room was good. However the kitchen in the night gets closed before actual time, beware while placing the order.
This place has got all- perfect location, good food, excellent staff, nice pool and really good rooms.Staff is really nice and helpful. Most importantly all party places of north goa are just so near to the place. Would definitely recommend this one.
We enjoyed our stay very much because of the above average cleaniness of the rooms and the nice staff. The pool was nice as well. Food was 4/5. I can only recommend a stay there. It is on a german level :)
