Location and view.

Staff were excellent and pleasant, location perfect. Room was a little bit small but fine for our needs

Séjour étape d'une nuit pour visiter le château. La chambre sur cour pour 3 personnes était confortable, le personnel aimable, l'accès dans la soirée facile.

Pretty location. Nice breakfast

The beds were uncomfortable, especially the kids floor bed, as it was incredibly hard and lump.

Superbly located, our room looked across the lake and to the chateau. Dining outside was comfortable, relaxed and the food excellent. We don't usually have breakfast in the hotel but here, it was a real treat and great value for money. Everything to do with Pierrefonds is within just a few minutes walk yet, we ambled for miles through the surrounding forests. We could hear an amazing variety of songbirds, caught a glimpse of dear in the undergrowth and even a foraging stoat. Everywhere was that peaceful. Further afield there are many landmarks and rural attractions as well as historic towns and villages to explore. All wrapped up with the terrific staff and facilities at the hotel, this was a very memorable trip for us.

Interior of the chateau was disappointing but this could be because we expected too much after visiting the fabulous Chateau Chantilly very recently.
