Needs an elevator or staff to help this 82 years old man to carry his suitcases au deuxieme etage!

The location is superb with a view across the end of the lake to the wonderful chateau. Overall, the hotel is traditional and a little tired but still comfortable, the staff are excellent. The evening meal was served on the terrace across the road in a nice relaxed atmosphere although the steak was disappointing. The starters were both good as was the sweet course. In the morning, we enjoyed a good continental breakfast with excellent choice and good pleasant service. Our pets, two miniature dachshunds were made welcome.

The owner of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spotless, a really comfy bed and good amenities in the room. The evening meal was outstanding and the breakfast was also excellent. It’s a lovely hotel with exceptional service

Lovely family run hotel in excellent location! Clean and comfortable with exceptional restaurant! Very welcoming host (owner and chef) and so nice they could accomodate a vegetarian diet with a lovely meal! Beautiful view of the castle from our room and lovely town to walk around!

It was exceptional

There was a beautiful view from our window of the lake and the castle. The bed was very comfortable and they provided an electric kettle so we could have tea in bed. Food was amazing and an excellent price - 22 euros for a three course meal with 5 star quality. They catered for my vegetarian friend needs and the staff were always cheerful and happy to help.

The size of the shower. Although okay for me it was a bit tight for my 6 foot 6 husband. This won’t stop us visiting again.

The view from the front windows!!! There are no words. A BEAUTIFUL view overlooking a small lake, a charming village and a huge castle in the background.

Uniek en zeer charmant. Ligging bij bos en dorpje met kasteel is prachtig.

Un séjour idyllique face au lac et au château L'hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et le château. La chambre, très confortable, offrait un panorama magnifique. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse, rendant l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Le château, majestueux, mérite absolument une visite. Bien qu’il ne soit pas meublé, cela permet de mieux apprécier les volumes, les jeux de lumières et d’imaginer librement son histoire et son atmosphère. Le village est charmant.
