Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach

This was our second time staying at Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach, and this time we came with the whole family. It was such a pleasant stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! One of the biggest highlights was our experience at Chang Thai, the Thai restaurant. The food was exceptionally awesome. The yellow curry crab is one of our absolute favorites and a must-try. We also loved the lamb shank, slipper lobster, and morning glory — everything was so delicious. It was also so nice to see Jib again. A big thank you to the wonderful team who took such great care of us: GOLF, NA, JIB, and PREAM. Their warm and attentive service made our meals even more special. The Japanese restaurant next door was also excellent, and the poolside service was great as well. Overall, this was a very memorable family holiday with amazing food, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy everything at Marriott Merlin beach. We can’t wait to come back again!

Nothing it’s amazing!

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days as a family, and this was by far the friendliest resort we have experienced anywhere in Southeast Asia. We were truly touched by the outstanding service and hospitality. The resort is extremely kid-friendly, and every staff member was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive to our child. Their thoughtful care and attention made our stay even more special. We usually stay at Marriott properties, and this was the most welcoming and memorable experience we have had among all the Marriott hotels and resorts we have visited. The resort has three swimming pools, and the kids’ pool was especially fun and enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Even the air felt fresh and pleasant throughout our stay. We would absolutely return without hesitation. This is truly one of the best destinations for a family vacation. Highly recommended! A special thank you to Giftzy Nadear from the breakfast team for her kindness, warm hospitality, and excellent service. She made our mornings even more enjoyable and left a wonderful impression on our family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Thai food was absolutely outstanding—without a doubt some of the best Thai cuisine we have ever had. Every meal was delicious, authentic, and beautifully prepared.

We just returned from a tremendous family vacation at the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, and it was truly amazing. The resort is set in a beautiful, secluded location with a wonderful snorkeling beach right on its doorstep. While it offers a peaceful escape, the free shuttle to town made shopping trips completely hassle-free.The resort is incredibly family-friendly and lively, so it does get a little busy, but it was the perfect backdrop for our quality family time. The property features fantastic restaurants and a great spa, while the housekeeping team deserves high praise for keeping the rooms absolutely spotless and excellent throughout our stay.What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the staff: To-bi (Concierge): Always helpful and smiling. He went above and beyond by calling a local pharmacy for us to ensure they had a specific item we needed before we went. Chef Ice: Incredibly attentive and helpful with navigating our family food allergies. Jessi (Front Desk): Extremely pleasant, efficient, and courteous. She made our check-out seamless and easily sorted out our bill. We enjoyed our time here tremendously and highly recommend it for a family getaway!
