Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach

The beach is lovely. The staff at the reception and check in/out are extremely good, and so are the general staff around the resort. The lobby is beautiful as are the rooms. The food was also quite good.

The pools and exterior is a bit dated so can be updated. The spa atmosphere and look can definitely be improved to be more in line with high end marriott resorts. Flies in the casual indoor dining areas.

What a beautiful resort has everything for couples and families. Restaurants are great huge gym private beach refreshing pools. Great ice creams served by lovely Pik and Aum in the sweet spot a daily visit is a must. Super helpful staff from the moment you arrive.

The Rum Bar on the beach was outstanding. Beer and MJ took great care of us. Plus 2 for 1 drinks for happy hour was amazing. Great resort right on the beach. Top notch service.

I got my back massage and foot reflexology done from Siri, and it was great! Loved the massage! Highly recommended to get it from Siri, she’s the best and sweetest :)

The resort was very clean and staff super friendly. There was not a time when something was needed and we did not get it. My spa experience was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed it; thanks Siri. I would definitely recommend this resort.
