"It was a banger"

Staff was amazing. M lounge was great. We stayed on the 33rd (top) floor and the elevators kept us up all night. Banging and clanking. They were extremely fast elevators which was great. Not sure if a lower floor would have been better or not but a restful night was not had. It is in a good location. We walked to the zoo and that was so fun.
