"JW Marriott a Great Hotel and Great service."

Jasmine made our check in a great experience. She explained all the property amenities and checked us into our room promptly so we could get freshened up for the Work Truck Show that day. Coming from Hawaii to Indianapolis it was great that our room was ready when we got to the hotel. The stay was seemless for our business and the location and restaurants were great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Indianapolis downtown area.

"Looks and Behaves More Like a Regular Marriott"

Overall a pleasant stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Don’t believe that it’s actually worthy of the JW brand though. Feels much more like a regular Marriott hotel. Bathroom was small with no separate tub and only a single sink. Executive lounge had the same Marriott layout with mostly the same offerings. Lounge breakfast service ends on the early side daily at 9:30 AM. When we arrived at the property three bellmen walked toward our ride share like they wanted to assist with luggage. Instead they all walked past us to another vehicle. 4 PM checkout on the last day was honored without interruption from housekeeping. Ride shares during our stay occasionally tried to drop off at the Fairfield Inn next door even though the destination clearly stated the JW.
