The room was huge with verandah which is great Breakfast also decent and delicious View was amazing with pools and the weather was nice

Room was old and musty, with odors in the room especially the bathroom. Only one power plug and it was in a very inconvenient location

To sum it up: the hotel is really old and it shows. Someone here has already rated the breakfast as good. Well, I definitely wouldn't say that. For a 4-star hotel - a disaster!! Breakfast is from 7-10 am. By 8 am it's already 50% out of stock. They don't refill almost anything. But the staff is trying to do their best for the incompetent owners. But one note: the whiskey I had on the table disappeared from my room. That can't happen. Did they drink it or didn't want me to drink alcohol? That's none of their business. In addition, at around 7 am in the morning, a person was walking around the floor and communicating loudly via walkie-talkie. Bathroom: no shower gel, only two soaps. There was only one shampoo and one conditioner. Others have already mentioned that there is no AC. And the hotel is really noisy, I have to confirm that.

Before our stay we were ill, which meant we were unable to travel. We had a non-refundable room but still reached out immediately by email, through Booking and via the hotel portal, asking whether we could check in one day later. We received no response whatsoever. Upon arrival nothing could be done and we had lost one night. Unfortunate, but where is the hospitality to respond properly when guests reach out for help. The hotel is undergoing renovations, resulting in a lot of noise between 9am and 5pm, and dust blowing in when you leave the doors open. This should be communicated in advance. On top of that, hot water and internet were repeatedly cut off due to the renovations, forcing us to go to reception multiple times to ask whether these could please be restored. Unfriendly staff at the reception desk. Hospitality is hard to find in this hotel.

The view is good, and the swimming pool looks nice, although I didn’t have a chance to use it.

I booked this hotel 5 months in advance and paid in full. Due to an airline flight reschedule (1 day), I requested to reschedule my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel never responded via Booking.com, even after the platform’s agents contacted them multiple times, and emails were also ignored. What I found quite surprising was that when I requested a bed change to twin beds via the platform, the hotel approved it immediately, yet they continued to ignore all messages related to the date change. The hotel only responded after I contacted them via WhatsApp, initially asking for almost double the price, even though the rate on Booking.com for the new date was unchanged. After nearly two weeks of back-and-forth, the change was finally approved at the original price. The stay itself was disappointing. This is rated as a 4 star hotel, but the room, bedsheets, and towels were very old, breakfast had many flies, and the public restroom was not clean. Overall, very poor communication and a stay far below expectations for the price and rating.

La demande de lit double n'a pas été respectée. Les draps sont tachés. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement. Le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas. Pas d'eau chaude certains jours. Le service restaurant est très long : plats servis en differé. La salade faite avec des avocats non mûrs. La salle de restaurant très bruyante.
