Awesome stay and perfect location for visiting family.

There are many amenities at the property and many dining and shopping options nearby. Cedarburg is a great place to stay and the Inn is a great option for your stay.

It was a great place to spend a weekend away. Great contentental breafkfast , wine and cheese tasing in the afternoon and time to connect with you special person.

We really enjoyed our stay and will likely return in the future.

I was totally disappointed in our stay. I would have expected a better value for the 350.00 per night. We stayed in the Schroeder House for one night in March for a birthday. The room was totally used and worn. It had a terrible musty smell. The shower was advertised as a stand up shower, which is exactly what it was. It was like being in a vertical coffin. There wasn't enough room in there to even bend over. The stairs to reach our room were very steep and treacherous. It very well could be a historical building, but they have done nothing to improve upon it or update any of the worn furniture. Our stay also included breakfast, as it is a bed and breakfast. The breakfast is a continental breakfast. We arrived shortly after they opened. There were a few different baked goods, which were nothing short of what you might find in a grocery store. They offered a sort of egg casserole that was filled with tasteless potatoes. It was very dry and cold. I do not recommend this place. We were very unhappy with it.
