we used this as a stopover for 2 nights crossing Crete from one side to the other and rested 2 nights

the only thing was the other guests - so the hotel cannot control this - you know who you are - do better representing your country!

We loved the hotel's location, views, and the beach. It's a beautiful hotel that is seamlessly integrated with nature and the mountains. The property is quite spacious, so it never feels crowded. It’s great for kids as there are plenty of activities available. The tennis courts are amazing! The staff were all very nice.

The bedrooms are quite outdated, especially for a 5-star hotel. Although they changed the towels every day, they did not actually clean the room or change the bed sheets. Our second bathroom had no hot water, and despite numerous attempts to inform the reception staff, the issue was never addressed. Additionally, for the last two days, we were awakened by the cleaning staff at 7:15 AM while they were cleaning the adjacent bedrooms. This was very unpleasant, especially when you're on holiday and trying to rest, with little kids.

Douchen in bad zonder gordijn en smal toelopend naar de bodem. Diner bleek in 2 ploegen, waardoor we om 19.30u verzocht werden te vertrekken.

I had 2 massages at Aegeo spas. Kallia gives very good massages in a beautiful atmosphere.

Jedzenie ogólnie było dobre, nie jakieś wybitne, ale mi się podobało Korty i rakiety są całkiem dobre.

Widok z pokoju nijaki. Miałem mieć widok na góry, i jak się wyjdzie na zewnątrz to faktycznie widać, ale nie jest to tego szczerze warto. Widok z pokoju w którym bylo płatne za widok na morze nie widać go praktycznie, bo drzewa zasłaniają. Napoje i lody oprócz jak na śniadanie są płatne. W ostatni dzień pobytu prądu nie było, to nikt nie poinformował zawczasu o tym. Miejsc w restauracji jest ewidentnie za mało, dużo takich co w słonecznym miejscu gdzie się nie da komfortowo siedzieć. Jest za głosno w sali zamkniętej.
