Hotel Kristal Palace - Tonelli Hotels - Adult Friendly

One of the best hotel experience we had in the past few years. Friendly and very accurate welcome desk, elegant lobby, my room was pretty renewed with nice terrace and view on the mountains. Wide breakfast offer with on time cooking for eggs and crepes! Private parking and good location close to the down town..

Very nice hotel with very good food

Amazing hotel, superb staff we were so well looked after by everyone but special mentions must go to Massimo and especially Zane for being so helpful all week and not to forget Michaelangelo for the best Mojitos we have ever had. Lake Garda and the surrounding area is truly beautiful.

We have just had another fantastic holiday in Lake Garda staying at our favourite hotel the Kristal Palace in Riva. The weather was wonderful and the staff at the hotel were excellent. I had left it a bit late to book a day trip to Venice and the girls at reception were so helpful in contacting my rep who arrived at the hotel within 15 minutes and arranged it for the next day. The food is just divine and breakfast on the rooftop every morning was just fantastic with views that were just wonderful. I cannot praise this hotel enough. All the staff go above and beyond in everything they do and cannot wait to return next year and have another perfect holiday.

The weather could have been kinder but this did not detract from our stay. It was my wife's birthday and they gave her a small bottle of prosecco in the room and a birthday cake at evening meal (I emailed them for this and they were quick to respond). She was very happy and surprised. Staff: The staff are all excellent, very professional and friendly at the same time. Give a special thanks to Zane and Yuri especially as they looked after us during our meals and were always happy, smiling and chatting whilst remaining very professional. Pool/Bar: The pool/bar on the roof is really good and the staff here are also excellent. Views are great too. Reception: Reception was easy, explaining about the area, the Trentino card (and showing me how it worked 😀) and where to go to catch the local bus etc. You may need to ask for the Trentino card which allows free transport in the region and some free access to sites e.g. Arco castle. Cleanliness: Spotless and clean. This can't be faulted. Food: What can I say! The food was Michelin quality. didn't want or need to go anywhere else. 5 x courses for the evening meal. Room: The room was adequate as unfortunately there were several places that needed redecorating. Few scuffs and scratches and I think for a 4* superior hotel then I would not have expected this. However, the shower was one of the best and the room was large and spacious. Entertainment: Very good. All of the entertainment artists were of a very high quality and we enjoyed them all. Location: Just right. No noise from outside or the main road, great views. About 20 minute walk to the centre around the lake edge. Very nice though. Overall: Highly recommend the hotel and we will stay again.

Great food, great staff. Free bikes to borrow. Excellent location near the lake in a quiet area. Only things to improve are the rooms need some updating, if you are vegetarian then the evening meal options are a bit limited and bland, and getting faults fixed took a couple of asks rather than one. However would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Schöne und zentrale Lage. Der Poolauf dem Dach des Hotels ist sehr schön.

Fremragende hotel, med super god service fra personalet. Tagterrassen med en fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen og bjergene, var et kæmpe hit til morgenmad, nem frokost og snacks og velsmagende drinks om eftermiddagen/aftenen, inkl. levende musik efter mørkets frembrud. Kan stærkt anbefales. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
