What a fantastic hotel. Amazing views on the roof, wonderful staff and food to die for! Breakfast is great, loads of choice and, refreshingly, not a sausage in sight! Evening meals were amazing, absolutely delicious and lovely prepared - I highly recommend it and will visit again. .y only complaint was our room was slightly tired, but everything else was fantastic

The staff were all lovely, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Lovely to have breakfast on the roof by the pool. Excellent food in the restaurant and evening entertainment. A real feeling of luxury. We've always looked for a comfortable, classy hotel where we felt spoilt, and this is the best we've found. When we got lost in town a member of staff who was off duty noticed us and came over to see if we were okay.

Lovely hotel. It was a very comfortable room with all the amenities that we needed. The Staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The food was exceptional, with excellent choices and very well prepared and presented. The location was also ideal for our needs.

Beautiful hotel, clean, rooftop bar and pool great, particularly for buffet breakfast. Food in restaurant was good, varied menu, All the staff were brilliant, friendly and attentive. The roof bar had beautiful views of the lake. Its a flat walk into old town about 15 mins.

The hotel was amazing . The room was in 4th floor , clean and roomy . The shower was ex Ellen’s. The food was outstanding , and one night my husband had booked an anniversary package . Lovely candlelit dinner with 5* star food . Highly recommend this hotel . Close to Riva , Lovely walk into the town , lots to see.

Staff very friendly. Food definitely 4star +. Clean fresh hotel that I would definitely recommend. Only down side was the material on wardrobe doors was showing signs of wear and tear. Hotel walking distance to lake and town centre in quiet area of town.

Die Damen und das Serviceteam waren wirklich freundlich und professionell. Auf der Homepage wird allerdings beworben, das die Poolbar von 0800 - 2400 Uhr offen sei, aber Fehlanzeige. Diese Bar wird nur an Wochenenden abends geöffnet. Wenn es beworben wird sollte man doch dies auch einhalten oder anders Bewerben. Achtung, Hotelzimmertüren prüfen ob diese auch wirklich verschießen. Zimmer 403 war dem nicht so. Wir mussten kräftig zuziehen oder auch von innen zudrücken das diese auch wirklich verschlossen war. Selbiges Zimmer die Toilettenspülung war nur einseitig nutzbar und der Toilettenpapierhalter war lose. Alles wurde an der Rezeption angezeigt. Kleiner Tipp für die Rezension, für Fahrer von E-Autos wenn das Auto voll ist oder nicht geladen wird, ist das kein Dauerparkplatz. Zwei Ladepunkte sind vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist eng und kostet 10€, lohnt sich aber da des Laden kostenlos ist. (Zwischen 7 und 11Kw) Trotz allem ein gutes Hotel.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem erstklassigen Service in sehr guter Lage. Super Zimmer, sehr sauber, herrlicher Ausblick, tolles Essen und mega Personal. Das Auto konnten wir kostenfrei innerhalb der Anlage parken. Jederzeit wieder!
