Loved our stay here. Would definitely stay again. Friendly, great food, very comfortable rooms in a great location.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the hotel itself remains as beautiful and welcoming as ever. A special thank you to Massimo, Zane, and Yuri – your continued dedication and warmth truly elevate the experience. Your attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our honeymoon unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that feels like home away from home, but Krystal Palace manages to do just that, year after year. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you for another fantastic stay – already looking forward to next year!

We’ve recently returned from a 9 night stay at this lovely hotel. It’s definitely worthy of 4 stars, the room we had (401) was a recently renovated room and was spacious with a spacious bathroom and was spotlessly clean - as was the rest of the hotel. We didn’t book half board but the meals we did have in the restaurant were great, I’d particularly recommend the lamb from the a la carte menu - well worth the price. On our last morning we were leaving at 6.30am and the hotel even provide breakfast at that time. My husband is gluten free and he was well catered for from the beginning. The staff in the restaurant keep the place spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar and pool were simply stunning with the best views, no photo does it justice you just have to see for yourself! The weather wasn’t kind (storms/rain/cloud/powercut) but the landscape was quite something when a storm was brewing! There were a couple of small niggles like no real draw space in the room and the bedside tables were just a cube with no draws, which baffled us a bit, plus no coffee machine as described in the room details, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. The staff are extremely helpful and professional and have clearly had very good training! From Eleanora to Federica on reception, to Daniel (roof top bar) Violetta and Anita and so many others whose name I didn’t catch, they all actually make the hotel what it is. We booked a car parking space, which had a very reasonable charge and this was made clear upfront, unlike the feedback from a previous reviewer. This space was so convenient to have, especially in the bad weather. All in all a great stay, if you’re thinking about it don’t hesitate - just book it!

Dejlig hotel men med flere ikke i top mål. Rengøring var ikke det bedste, der var spindelvæv på værelset. Tapet hang løs. Flink personale med få undtagelsen. .

Stayed at the Kristal Palace Hotel in Riva del Garda, Italy in June this year. Amazing hotel, near to the lake. Breakfast served on rooftop with amazing views and adjacent pool. Staff were very adept at positioning the many umbrellas to provide shade for everyone and the morning an acoustic guitarist played during breakfast was wonderful. Great selection of cooked, continental and fruit, yoghurt etc. In the main restaurant on the ground floor the food was equally tasty, with a salad bar, 3 courses and a chef's surprise appetizer every night. Staff were amazingly professional, seeing that dropped fork before it even hit the floor, were also very friendly and attentive without being present all the time. Evening entertainment on the roof very enjoyable. All rooms have balconies, although some don't have great views. Comfy beds and very quiet. Gym on the first floor a well kept secret! Only a couple of small issues, entrance door end of the room where the wardrobe/cupboard was does not have very good lighting, aircon only adjustable to + or - 3 degrees and the pool on the roof was more like a hot bath than a refreshing dip! Thank goodness for the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and would thoroughly recommend.

We visited this hotel in June 2025. Everything about this hotel was wonderful - the staff, the food, the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have booked to return at the end of August this year and are very much looking forward to that.

Fabulous hotel, the staff are brilliant and the restaurant exceptional. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace by the beautiful pool and again the food and service are second to none. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly situated hotel with absolutely incredible views. Stayed at this hotel for a week, and I could not fault it. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are a credit to the hotel, they are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They really did make are stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is absolutely superb, there is so much choice, the view whilst eating breakfast is spectacular! I don’t want to leave and would definitely recommend staying here

This was our second visit to this fantastic hotel and we have already booked to return next year. You cannot fault a single thing and the entire team work incredibly hard to ensure that you have the perfect holiday and nothing is too much trouble for them. The manager Joseph was present at the hotel most days and he took time to speak with the guests and he spoke highly of his team and you could see that he was very proud of them. Danielle and his colleague made a great team and provided excellent service at the roof top bar during the evening, as did Zane and Yuri in the restaurant. Anita and Violetta welcomed us with a smile at breakfast and looked after us throughout the day. It is clear to see that the owners of this hotel invest heavily in their team who are trained to provide amazing customer service. The Tonelli family must be commended for looking after both their guests and staff so well.
