Very bad customer service No organization with administration

Arrived at hotel around 2 am because of late flight. I was notified by the person at the desk that we did not have a reservation even though we had receipts proving we did. We were left stranded at 2am with nowhere to go. 0/10 would not recommend. Want a refund

Сразу хочу сказать что это апартаменты не имеющие никакого отношения к заявленному адресу. Мы приехали на такси с багажом,выгрузились ,нас встретил сторож (никакой администрации там не было за весь срок проживания) а заселили нас женщина которая там убирает. Но заселение не там! Там только так называемый офис. Идти пешком со всеми чемоданами и сумками в другое место! Да, тоже центр ,у нас было прям напротив Мандарин плаза. Но! Нигде об этом не упоминалось. Вторая часть и самая худшая это то что нас в тот же вечер обворовывают и уносят ценные вещи и деньги. Судя по всему залезли через балкон на втором этаже. Окна совершенно не укрепленные. Никто ответственности не понес. Кто воры -разбирается милиция. Так называемая администрация на наши просьбы о переселении не отреагировала никак. Так как деньги были списаны сразу. Мало того просили хотя-бы в качестве компенсации позднее выселение. Так даже этого не дали. Слов просто нет. Ни в коем случае не связывайтесь с ними! Очень там все нехорошо и подозрительно. Если что случится никто не в ответе! Так как хозяева -призраки.

I've been scammed by the false advertisement of this "hotel". I booked a room on Expedia with them for a colleague who travelled to Kiev for an education fair located at Independence Square. This hotel goes under a different name on all booking websites, they call themselves "Khreschatyk Guesthouse" and because the back of their apartment building is facing Khrashchatyk Street they provide that as their address on all booking websites as well, however on Tripadvisor they call themselves Kyiv Hotel Service). The only reason I chose "Khreshchatik Guest House" was that it is located downtown on Khreshchatyk Street, the street that runs through the city center of Kiev where the education fair was taking place. I wanted it to be a walking distance for my colleague. Imagine my disappointment when my colleague said that upon her arrival she was told that all rooms downtown were taken and she was sent to some random building by the train station, not nearly as safe, you have to ride a tram or take a subway or taxi to get to downtown from there, this was nowhere near Khreshchatyk Street!!!!!This is a real Ukrainian scam, people!!!!When they run out of rooms, instead of showing online that they are "full" they still take your money and send you to random apartments around the city, which by the way look nothing like the photos on their website!!!!!

if you book through US travel sites on the second day they claim not getting paid and evicting you unless you pay AGAIN for your stay. WI-FI or roaming non existent and contacting travel agency impossible. stay away

Very close from independent square, good location, close from metro. shower was not really good because it needs to wait for 10 minutes to get hot water...... towel was washed but not exactly clean. room was big enough, it was old apartment, you can not expect gorgeous hotel but I like it, price is very very cheap and location is very good. I may use this hotel again

There was a problem at the hotel the first day and they found me alternate accommodation and had a taxi take me to and from the alternate accommodation. It seems that they went out of their way to please me..

One needs to look for the sign or call the intercom to get in. The guest house is in the square in the rear of the building behind the gate. The ladies who operate the facility are extremely nice.
