Nothing is similar with the pictures on the website. It is very old, the ceiling was marked with water leaks. I rented two rooms, the second room with the sofa bed was horrible, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I had a problem with toilet, I reported it the first day when I arrived there and they told me the plumber was going to arrive in the morning, however I stayed for three days and nobody came. The kitchen was horrible, the fridge was old and colored with rust, everything was very dirty, I had only two cups for express coffee. The location was okay, however nothing is similar with the view on the pictures. The bathroom was very dirty and they provided only a tiny piece of soap and a single bottle of shampoo, and also a tiny piece of toilet paper. I would never stay in this hotel again.

The surrounding Corridors and Reception dont give the best impression but the room was large comfortable and clean There was a balcony overlooking the main street in Kiev which was pretty cool

I've stayed before and it was fine but this trip was bad. I was on the 7th floor and the elevator didn't work! Then there was no soap or shampoo in the shower, and only some very used and worn out soap in the sink. They brought soap and shampoo quickly but we needed more in the morning and they never brought it. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but you were hit with the after smell of smoke as soon as you walked in. In the bedroom it wasn't bad. Was cold during the night and only at 4 am did I see a small heater under the desk that I plugged in, but they never mentioned it. The hot and cold water knobs were backwards in the bath tub. After letting the hot water run a long time... I decided to try the cold water just in case, and bingo, hot water. However the hot water ran out before I could fill the bath tub, and I was left with a luke warm bath, and had to rinse off with cold water. Not a great stay...

arrival time listed is 12:00. when I arrived at 12:00, I was told it is 1:00. Fine, I came back at 1:00 and told that room is not cleaned yet and cleaning person will come in about an hour or two. Great! after I asked if I can at least leave my bags in room, they approved it. upon arrival in the room, the person staying the prior to me, did not even pack his bags yet, very uncomfortable situation to wait for them to hurry up pack with me standing there waiting. Room was very dirty, esp kitchen. Cleaning person arrived but did not have new sheets, pillow cases. she and manager stated they are awaiting clear sheets from laundry and will deliver them to room. well, came night and no sheet, called them, no asnwer. in the morning, they were surpized but not overly so. very poorly managed place. additionally water heater was leaking all over the kitchen and I only got 2 minutes of luke warm water followed by freezing shover. avoid this place. many better and cheeper places.

The location was excellent, right in the city centre. We ended up being in the building right beside the check-in building, so we didn't have to go far. The room was a little warm, and we couldn't really adjust it too much, and if we wanted to keep the window open at night it was a little loud. It wasn't a huge problem though. The elevators were pretty sketchy, but we had no issues. The apartment was nice and spacious, but I know all apartments are different in size and style. There was a problem with our hot water, so showers were a bit uncomfortable and we had to continually adjust the water heater. But I would say for the location, this was an excellent choice and decent price, but it obviously doesn't have the same comforts as a hotel. I am glad we stayed there, and would probably stay there again.

I stayed here with my girlfriend. When we arrived to the front office, we signed in and found out that our apartment was a ways away from the main office. We asked them to give us a ride which they did. Once we got to our actual apartment it was nice. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. It doesn't look like much from the outside but was nice once we got to the actual apartment. Ours was on the 3rd floor. The elevator is tiny and the stair well going up is really dark. As I said before, our actual apartment was nice and huge! The view outside of the large living room windows was incredible. There was an opera house across the street and other beautiful buildings to look at. It was walking distance to a lot of things to include the metro. Many restaurants, banks, bars very close by. The only bad things that I can really say about the apartment was that there were no air conditioning units in the bedrooms. The two units that they do have aren't strong enough to cool the entire apartment. It was very hot so we had to sleep with the bedroom window open. The cobblestone street below was very loud with the window open. Lastly, we bought a DVD and decided to cook and stay in for a night. There was two DVD players but neither of them worked. Despite these few negative things, my overall experience was great and would stay here again. Some air conditioning units in the bed rooms would have made it perfect!

Excellent apartment beautifully finished and furnished in ideal location on Kreschatyk and very helpful reception staff available 24 hours a day. Thoroughly recommended *****
