Zimmer war dunkel aber ruhig, Frühstück war ok

Die Rezeption ist nur sehr selten besetzt. Ich brauchte eine Rechnung, habe die vor Ort nicht bekommen. Sie sollte zugschickt werden, was zeitnah nicht passiert ist.

Die für uns günstige Lage und das Parkhaus direkt am Hotel gefallen uns grundsätzlich. Wir waren schon öfter im Hotel und werden auch wiederkehren, denn das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt für uns und unser kleiner Hund darf auch mit!

Der Nachteingang ist zwar da, ist aber verwirrend gestaltet, so dass wir schon mal 10 Minuten mit Koffern davor standen und nicht rein kamen. Wir kannten zwar eine Telefonnummer, wo man uns hätte helfen wollen, aber niemand war erreichbar. Inzwischen kennen wir das und kommen ganz leicht herein. Für Menschen die zum erstem Mal im Hotel unterkommen - und nach Dienstschluss des Personals herein wollen - sollte das sicherer gestaltet werden!

"Confirmed Reservation Ignored – Extremely Poor Customer Service"

After more than four hours of driving, we arrived at the hotel at around 9:00 PM, where the receptionist informed us, despite our fully paid reservation, confirmed arrival time, and completed online check-in, that no room was available for us and that we would have to find alternative accommodation ourselves. His chaotic, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude resulted in a further two hours of stress and uncertainty before he finally arranged accommodation for us at another hotel and confirmed that the related costs would be covered. In more than 30 years of traveling, I have never experienced such an unacceptable level of customer service; I will not stay with this hotel chain again and expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Rezeptionist war immer freundlich - obwohl die Organisation miserabel war, die Gäste weitgehend ungehalten waren aufgrund massiver Überbuchung des Hotels und fehlender Zimmer
