Hotel war grundsätzlich ok.

Pures Chaos beim Check-In. Hotel wurde anscheinend überbucht. Einige Gäste mit vorhandener Buchung wurden abgewiesen. Zum Teil bekam man irgendwelche Zimmerkategorien. Ein einziger uns komplett überforderter Mitarbeiter. Für mich ein sehr peinliches Szenario für eine Hotelkette dieser Größe.

ACHTUNG !!! Speziell späte Ankunft funktioniert NICHT Die "Abmachungen" mit der KI werden nicht ausgeführt. Meine Buchung war vergeben. Das Erstatz-Zimmer WAR DOPPELT belegt. Was sich erst herausstellte, als der zweite Gast plötzlich auch im Zimmer stand!! Der Schlüsselcode für das Zimmer wurde an zwei verschiedene Gäste gegeben. Keine Hilfe vom Hotelmanagement! Ich musste mitten in der Nacht selbst eine andere Unterkunft finden.

L'enregistrement en ligne est possible. Le personnel est accueillant . Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié. La chambre est équipée d'une machine à café, d'un sèche-cheveux et de shampoing. La propreté est impeccable. Les matelas et les oreillers sont parfaits pour bien dormir.
