People were great had fun was a good place to call home for a few ,would absolutely do it over again

Overall, it was a great experience staying the two days. Room was comfortable, great View of the ocean and boardwalk. Bed was very comfortable. The only problem was in bathroom, very hard to get temp adjusted in shower and shower door was hard to keep closed, otherwise no problems at all with room.

Staff was excellent. Property location is top notch. Room was clean. If you need a clean place to sleep, have a dump, and have a shower all while being close to everything ….. this is the place.

The bed had hair on it and asked to get the sheets changed with clean and came back and they still had the same marks from before and I was in there for 25 mins total and would not give me my money back and the floor was nasty and the staff called my girlfriend nasty would never go back again had to find another hotel at 11

The location is what you pay for, everything else is what you tolerate.

They advertise FREE PARKING on website but the manager is running some type of scam where he's renting the lot out and will tell you there's "paying guests" using the lot and so you will have to buy a $315 street parking pass and try to find a spot several blocks away. When you tell him that you are in fact a paying guest (400 plus a night!) he will stop making eye contact with you and then only speak to the male in your party and act like you, the female, are hysterical and unreasonable, when you are, in fact, a calm and collected woman who booked the trip and spent almost $900 on a two night stay. Complete scam. Walking upwards of five blocks just to unload car ruined the trip. Misogyny is just the bonus insult if you book here.

The beds are super low value the bed sheets and pillows are super cheap and air conditioner super old and exactly on you The towels are old and smelly This once needs to be closed for renovations d buying all new

The location was the ONLY perk period.

There allegedly was an issue with our booking. The "property manager" said at check in the the only room that could accommodate the party that I booked on booking.com was unavailable and id have to pay an extra $80 to move to the other hotel. No other option. They offer rooms to accommodate multiple families, yet only provide ONE parking spot. To accommodate another vehicle had to leave a $300 deposit, cash only, for parking tag with no prior notice. Room was disgusting, falling apart, floor was covered with a film, hair from the last guest all through the shower and bathroom. Place is a dump and property manager is rude and won't accommodate even though they were in the wrong. Ended up paying the extra because we were 5 hours from home.
