Nice place and very friendly

the (732)793-1735 number does not work or no one answers but I received a call back from a Mr.Muhammad who was very friendly, accommodating & very helpful. the rooms are clean but very cramp & there are no closets or places to hang clothes. only other furniture in the room were 2 nightstands with a lamp with 3 small drawers & a desk with no chair. we stayed in a very nice single bed room during a very cold & very windy rainstorm. outside cold air leaked thru around the A/C unit below the window. there was no heat in the room but an electrical space heater was provided, which needed to be set on medium or low, or else it may trip a circuit breaker, which happened during our stay. the walls are thin so you may hear the other hotel guests next door & they can hear you. highly suggest to bring extra towels , hand towels & wash cloths. there is parking on the property but very limited to maybe a 1/2 dozen vehicles. on a nice summer day, the hotel is very ideal & conveniently located right on the boardwalk

-Booked room with queen bed, but received room with 2 full sized beds instead...then manager tried to "upsell" us the room that we actually booked in the Expedia app. -Dirty towels in the cabinets -broken towel bar in bathroom -no outlet cover plate -Portable Heater broke 3 times and had to be replaced -No washcloths or hand towels in bathroom -No cups, no coffeemaker, -Remote for TV only worked 2 feet away from TV -Super bright light right outside room -No wand to adjust blinds in room -Shower faucet was impossible to tell hot or cold

We had to left the hotel at 5am because we couldn't sleep all night. people were running all night on the top floor, some other were having a fight in another room which made it impossible for us to stay. The rooms are not like the pictures and the building needs a remodelition.

Nothing. Rooms were small beds looked like fold up beds. Plug in heater. Nasty and dirty.

We didn't even get to stay here because it was an unsafe environment for my children and the hotel is refusing a refund.

I was charged $250 to stay in a closet with a bathroom. Bathroom was falling apart as well as "furniture" in the room. Bed was worse than a college dormroom mattress. Never again.
