We arrived to an open window and 64 degrees inside the room. No heater to warm it up ac units still in window dog next door barked for hours then the owners came home and stomped around upstairs. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep. The next day the room was warmer because we closed the window Very nosy and can here every sound the the rooms next to you. Probably fine if you’re out late and don’t have kids.

Love this place and the guy who runs it is just so nice. We get the top floor room right off the rooftop patio and he has had no problem coming up to help us with the tv. Very friendly.

Rundown very dirty and unsanitary. The shower was disgusting. The room had a stink and was dirty floor looked liked hadnt been moped in awhile. Bathroom vanity faling apart sunk not attached. It was a nightmare.

So we just got done with our stay at Hotel Charlie. The pros. Location is great. It’s right in the middle of the boardwalk. It’s quiet, and we did go in the off season. Easily accessible to the beach. Beds were comfy and clean. Now for the cons. Where do I begin? Place is run down and the room was dirty. Dust was visible throughout the room. Furniture looks like it has seen its better days. Parking lot can fit 5 cars maximum. There is a parking lot across the street, which they did let me park at. That was pretty small too. I get that it’s the Jersey Shore, and none of the places on the boardwalk look up to par, but this was ridiculous. I also got charged for an extra person at a whopping $116. They would not take the charge off. First night it was myself and my 3 children. Next night it was myself and 2 children. We were located on the 3rd floor so there is one staircase. Fire hazard?? Don’t look for food downstairs, the restaurant was closed the whole weekend. We made the best of the weekend but if I return to Seaside Heights I will definitely search for a different property,

Awesome time spent. Beautiful view and clean rooms. Excellent service .

Overall clean 2 bedroom with kitchen was perfect size Amazing location Nice balcony off one of the bedrooms was awesome Loved seeing the beach and boardwalk from deck Staff were super friendly and always available

No coffee maker Couch needed replaced Shower needs deep cleaning
