We definitely love the fact that it was right on the boardwalk.

The smallest parking lot that I have ever seen. Also, be prepared to have a $ 300.00 cash deposit for a parking pass, so you are able to park on the side street. If you decide to use a credit card like I did, then there is a $ 15.00 dollar charge. So be prepared.

Muhammad at the front desk was amazing! We were able to check in early for a small fee as well as upgrade to a larger room for a small fee because we added an extra person with us last minute! He was great about working with us to make sure we had what we needed! The room was a great size for a quick trip & was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return when coming back to seaside!

The location was right on the boardwalk. Dog friendly and polite helpful staff. They will upgrade you if it’s available. Walking distance to the Casino Piers Water Park, boardwalk attractions and a variety of restaurants, 711 and a CVS.

The website was misleading. There is no parking lot attached to the motel. You have to buy a premium room to get one of the seven spots. They tell you to check the street (in a beach town) for parking. It is very clearly more for teens & college kids there to party. Old bathrooms, rusted pipes, old shower stalls. Very uncomfortable bedding. Noise from the younger patrons outdoors at night & busy boardwalk. Although everyone was polite, never felt scared. Maybe better for a single traveler backpacker type.

"Not worth the money."

Location was perfect, good view of ocean beach and boardwalk.

No tv remote, on my second to last day after we spent 3 hours on the beach we were told we couldn’t use the shower. This lead to a very uncomfortable last night before an 8 hour drive back home.

Great stay, the bed was surprisingly comfortable I would suggest putting curtains up to block the light from the hallway at night. Room was right on the boardwalk, I would stay here again.

On the boardwalk

Parking lot was very small, bed was very unsteardy, walls were thin, can here everything from neighbors.
