Absolutely fantastic hotel.

Beautiful setting

Beach bar wasnt great for choice but wnd of season

Nearness to the ocean and the weather No need for Airconditioner and fan

The entrance door and the key need to be made more secure The window blinds do not cover the windows adequately and light penetrates inside the room as if you have not switched off the lights in the room when you want to sleep. There is the possibility of outsider seen you in the room

Location

Room was not clean the first night. Dust, food and drink marks on the night stands, window left open in the bathroom so full of mosquitos. We checked in after 9pm and went for a drink and when we finally realised that the room was not clean we were too tired to let anyone know. We told housekeeping in the morning and the second day it was cleaned and how it should have been from day one. We also had a huge discussion when ordering drinks at the beach bar and first the wrong drink was served which I accepted and happily paid for but then we got over charged in another and when I mentioned it I was told in a really patronising tone to just pay whatever I want so I can go hang around the beach and sleep all day. We were supposed to come back that week for family lunches, but after that we decided not too. Used the spa facilities and the ladies in there were fabulous, helpful, friendly and loved the massage.

Beakfast was good and some of the staff were nice

I forgot my Qcell mifi router in room 74 since Tuesday and it is still yet to be found. I expected a better turnaround and some of the staff have been rude during this stage
