"Family friendly, great staff and kids clubs"

We have only good things to say about this hotel. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and particularly appreciated how the staff always included our children and engaged directly with them. The facilities are lovely and the animation/entertainment team put on a great show every day. We especially wish to acknowledge the baby club manager Khaoula who minded our 16 month old daughter. She went above and beyond in her care and attentiveness. We felt at ease leaving our daughter with her and she always kept us updated. Because of this experience alone, we would come back to stay again next year. We are also very grateful to Narjisse and the team in the mini club. They are incredibly hard working and always full of energy. They made our 4 year old feel so welcome and special. While there are many more good things about the hotel, these two clubs are a must to mention here.

Super séjour comme précédemment au Kenzie ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, un véritable havre de paix proche des lieux touristiques incontournables

Un vrai jus d'orange pressé le matin au petit déjeuner :)
