Stomping pete, loud voices, gunshots being fired off possibly from a room window. It was unbelievable

Property needs updating. Rooms had no refrigerator microwave iron or ironing board. Housekeeping won't come clean while you're staying which I found ridiculous. The room was clean I'll say that though which is always appreciated.

No hot water sunday am

I reserved two rooms, Hera check-in at 3, but when we arrived to check-in at 8 pm, one of the rooms had no sheets on the beds and the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper.

My air conditioner didn’t work properly, so the room was damp and had mold on the ceiling. I didn’t report any of this because the sign in said NO REFUNDS!! All the rooms were full so why bother complaining. Breakfast was sad, not much to choose from.

Clean place, great location and friendly staff.

The Hotel was worn and out dated and we had mold in thee bathroom on the ceiling. The guest service was good but the condition of the room was horrible. One of the beds was lose off the frame so if you moved yoh ended up on tje floor. I do not recommend staying there its not worth it. Even at the disconted price i got using my key cash very disappointed.

Housekeeping was not the best, we denied the first room because the sheets were not changed & the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The second room was better, but the floor needed swept & the toilet paper was not changed out or stocked before we came into the room, so we were left with the tail end of a roll. Front desk was helpful & quick, the outside was well kept & the pool was clean. This is the second year I have been to this hotel for vacation, & despite the need for better housekeeping & maintenance work in areas of the building I will likely be back next year as well. If they didn't switch rooms for us when I brought up the uncleanliness or if there were back to back issues with rooms being dirty my answer would definitely be different.

Reasonable price and clean. A good place to stay in Ocean City area. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rooms. Had breakfast last day of our stay, not the best but enjoyed bagel and cup of coffee.

My boyfriend and I booked a queen bedroom here because we enjoy visiting West Ocean City. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. I called earlier in the day to ask about early check-in but was told it wasn’t possible at all which is fine...I understand if early check-in isn't possible. When we finally arrived, we were given a room—but our key card wouldn’t work. After getting assistance from the front desk and maintenance, I mentioned that it sounded like there were people inside the room. The staff insisted it wasn’t occupied—until a man actually opened the door and informed us he was staying there until Wednesday. They had assigned us to a room that was already occupied. Needless to say, not a great first impression. We were then moved to a different room, but it wasn’t what we booked. I had reserved a queen bed suite, but the new room had a full bed. When we brought this up to the manager, we were told, “They’re listed as full beds in the system, but they’re definitely all queens.” This left us confused and feeling misled. Thankfully, my boyfriend and I are small enough to manage on a full bed, but it wasn’t what we paid for. On top of that, the cleanliness and overall condition of the room were disappointing. There were what appeared to be shoe prints on top of the toilet, bugs flying around the room, and very thin walls that made it hard to relax. Overall, our stay was frustrating and fell far short of expectations.
