The Shore House

The hotel is an absolute disaster from the time of check in the gentleman at the front desk was not helpful. I informed him my bathroom door was split and broken and he did not offer to change the room he only stated I will not be charged for it. The actual room was disgusting with dead bugs on the wall to the front door open even when closed to the television broke.. the room was extremely unkept. I checked out just as quick as I checked in I will never stay there ever again.

I’m very satisfied with the clean room with free breakfast options. Ice water and coffee are available all day. Pool and hot tub were maintained nicely. Extreme value for the low price.

It was cute Destiny the front desk employee was great and very helpful the 2 room i stayed in needed a couple of repairs nothing out of the normal wear n tear but very cute and comfortable would definitely book again in the future

This property is cute. Simple, clean, fresh decor. Studio suite meant a tv in the sitting area and in the bedroom. Easy check in/out. Washers and dryers to take home fresh clothes after a stay. Easy parking.

The hotel overcharged my card $180 even though I booked through Expedia and when I checked out the manager said she refunded my card the $180 and I have yet to get my refund. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not receive my money.

It was great overall. The problem was room 117 key didn't work twice when I checked in. They sent me to another room which is fine. However, I was told that room key has had problems in the past. If that was the only room available p, there would have been a major problem

While the staff was helpful and amazing. The room was actually really really small and they shall see that in the overview and description

..A really bad experience. Room smell like pee, humidity on the roof and many flies for no reason . Really bad customer service: I requested to be change from my room because it was near the pool and people over there where yelling and somebody on the 2nd floor was scratching on the floor and running for around for hours. I went to the office and the person in charge just told me: “ I can’t help you, that’s what you got here” prettygood customer service. I came to have some rest, but it was impossible. I didn’t have the chance to see the rate over here to avoid this places, but I did it with expedia, but of I’ve came across google reviews, I’ll never book here. Their “continental breakfast” was bread, water and cooffee. No eggs no bacon, had to go somewhere else to buy a decent breakfast such a terrible service.

The property has had some good upgrades. The room had great AC. Some areas were a little dirty in the room. We would have liked a replacement of towels. Our key card had kept inactivating and we had to go get it reactivated but it wasn’t a big deal. We’re not hard to please. We felt safe and had a good nights rest each night. Would stay again.

This stay had to be the absolute the worst! we are extremely disappointed from false advertising to broken water faucets— to bugs plastered on the wall- and blood and body fluids on the sofa bed. They did not changed the bed sheets! I had to go to the front desk to request clean bed sheets. I DO NOT recommend to stay at this place. In addition, they only have one employee at the front desk handling all the issues and setting up the corner breakfast and it feels like an eternity to speak to the front desk. For the breakfast, they did not have a clean or spacious area. There are no utensils to grab the bagels or sliced bread so people will do their best besides that it is available from 8am to 9am. I requested a partial refund through Expedia due to the unsanitized and horrible conditions, but they are not responding. Everything about this hotel is deceitful. Do not stay here!
