$75 hold on a card for incidentals is the highest in Ocean City by almost $50. Very unreasonable. And when I couldn't pay it, they wouldn't let me check in or refund my money.

My room keys didn’t work 99.99% of the time and I had to go to office every day we were there to get new keys or my keys re activated. Someone busted up everything in the office over a refund all while I was trying to get into my room(which I couldn’t because my key didn’t work). I asked the front desk guy and he said he couldn’t at that moment, so I waited patiently. With 3 kids an elderly mother and me being a diabetic I had no choice but to ask again after about 25-30mins. I believe the owner or property manger let me in thank god because I was having a low blood sugar. As for cleanliness, the floors really need cleaned better. They were sticky and there was dirt everywhere. The tub could have used a good cleaning as well. Other than that I can’t really complain. It’s a cute little hotel, affordable, and close to what we needed to be close to for our stay.

The only thing this place had going for it was location. We stayed there 3 days toilet was clogged and overflowed first day. When ask for it to be fixed they got someone pretty fast to fix it. Hotel staff didn’t take towels used to clean toilet overflow. Maids never came around to dump trash or pick up or to give out fresh towels. Every time we needed towels or anything had to ask for it. I would pay more to stay at another hotel next time.

The property looked beautiful and cute online but this wasn’t the case in real life. The walls are extremely thin so I was hearing TOO much. The doors to the units are JANK and require you to throw your body weight into the door to get it open. Flooring is uneven and the bathroom is dingy.

Check in was a breeze. I never made it to breakfast so I can't chime in on that. The beds were comfortable and clean, The water is very hot for showers which was amazing. Microwave and refrigerator worked as they should. I was there 4 nights no one came to check if we needed anything or came to refresh the rooms. I did request clean towels, & paper toilet. No extra trash bags were given so I just used grocery bags that I had. The pool was refreshing and not too cold. I love how it has a 1ft part for the littles. The hottub was a bonus and felt good at night. Definitely recommend.

Tv was broke when we arrived and they replaced it with a 8inc TV screen omg I almost needed a magnifying glass to watch it! Other than that nice and clean, about. A 15 min drive to boardwalk and beach

From the moment I got in the room I wanted to leave. The walls are super thin, I heard clear conversations from the people above and beside us. I had to sleep with the tv on because of the neighbors snoring. The floor had sand everywhere. Two of the nights my key card didn’t work. The sink had mildew by the overflow. You must request room service. NEVER AGAIN

Our stay at the shore house was deplorable. I’ve seen fraternity houses that are cleaner. The walls in the room were covered in stains,dents,scuffs etc. The bathroom had feces on the toilet tank, hair and an eyelash in the shower along with mold on the faucets. We stayed in a double room and the sheets were not changed before we got there in either bed. There was sand and hair in one bed and makeup, crumbs and weave in the other bed. When we requested a receipt upon checking out days earlier than planned/paid for we were told they can’t give us a receipt. We requested to speak to a manager and the poor young man that was at the front desk kept having his phone calls sent to voicemail (mind you he was left with the hotel on his own after only working there a week). The manager’s conduct was highly unprofessional, displaying a confrontational tone and disrespectful manner toward me. After telling the manager the room was very dirty and trying to tell her about the sheet situation she cut me off to tell me she’s “sorry I feel the rooms are dirty.” Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced. The lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional behavior of the manager left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property to others.

Decent cleanliness, extremely basic room. No table tops to put anything. No toilet paper. No tissues. Super small room. No hook to hang towels, clothes or anything. Sink is super low. AC was good. Overall between 1 and 2 star. Not ghetto but close. Super low quality room.
