The girl at the front desk HOPPED over it to check me in, I thought what was a tad unprofessional. There was barley any toilet paper in the bathroom but thankfully I only was really in the room to shower and sleep. I found someone else's hair on the wall in the bathroom and also on the pillows - not what I would except from a room that should have been cleaned for the next guest. A Roku remote was provided but there was no way to use it with the TV in the room, which was mounted on the wall with ALL the wires and the cable box exposed. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to others.

There were ROACHES in the bed. They hotel only offered to let me switch rooms. The hotel picture online are very MISKEADING to how the property is in person. They wouldn't refund me my money. I paid 3 nights and never slept there.

Book a room for one night the room was clean but when I went into the bathroom the fan in the shower had a big hole in the ceiling I was able to stick my whole hand thru it

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. I wasn’t sure it would be okay after reading some of the reviews, however the room was super clean, and was wonderfully cool. The bedroom portion was nicely updated. I will say the bathroom needs a serious remodel or at least some repairs.

When we arrived we already had issues with the fridge leaking all over the floor. We had to wait 45 min for maintenance. I requested to change rooms so we didn't have to wait and we're told now they were sold out however, just 5 min before at check in we were asked which room we wanted upstairs or downstairs. We asked to speak to managers and were told they weren't working that day however the desk clerk informed me she contacted her regarding the fridge. We had no stay over service and were there 5 days. I even requested it 2x and it wasn't done. I asked for toiletries and the night desk clerk said it wasn't avail so we had to ask for them at the microtel next door. The day before checking out we had to wait 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to clean it. The pool was shared and inconvenient location as far as contental breakfast they had coffee and fruit. We had to eat next door as well. Walls were thin we could hear everything from rooms around us. For a non smoking hotel we could smell marijuana on the premise and nothing done about it. The photos on the site don't even pertain to that location. I won't ever be renting there again and I will not be referring this hotel to anyone.

I was very unhappy from the start of my stay on Aug 4 as I stated in the last review. The extension was already paid in full from Thursday to Friday so we had no choice but to stay even though we were unsatisfied. At this point I asked to have housekeeping do a stay over not only one time but twice on Thursday morning. My needs were not met when we returned to the room at 8pm we noticed housekeeping wasn't done. No towels, toiletries and bed was not changed or touched. I questioned the office staff, a black man who was rude. Stated after 3 nobody is available. I explained I requested housekeeping sheets towels toiletries etc in the morning after renewing my reservation not once but 2x and he said he didn't care. They had no toilet paper or tissues in the office. I had to ask for it at the microtel nextdoor. Also the office isn't open from 8pm to 8am. What if we had an emergency or locked out ourselves we would be stuck for the night. If we wanted a good breakfast aside from coffee, toast, fruit we had to go next door. To use the pool it was shared by the microtel as well and none of this was listed on the advertisement on there website or Expedia. We were also told we had to pay another 75$ fee even though we stayed in the same room for the deposit.

It was ok only fault I found was the towel wasn’t clean
