"Lovely stay in a cosy village Atrani"

Cosy room with a view! Superbly friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Property was in rhe middle of everything (with 80 stairs to reach there 😅).

Massage services were not available daily, so it was a bit disappointing ’cause we did not realise that until it was too late. For this price of a hotel, maybe water could have been included in the room price for the whole stay.

Our stay at Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you goes to Carlo from the service team — truly the best ever!! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Carrying our heavy luggage up and down all the hotel stairs looked effortless for him, and he did it with a smile every time. We also want to praise the ladies in the breakfast room. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome every morning. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, friendly staff, and a memorable stay. We lived i room 201, which had a fantastic wiew over Atrani. Mona & Morten

Hotel was beautifully presented and all staff were pleasant and always helpful with a smile. The views from the rooftop bar were exceptional.

Like all hotels on the Almafi Coast we needed to walk up some steps to get to the hotel however we were greeting by staff at the bottom who helped carry the suit cases.

"It was amazing I should have stayed another night!!"

The porter service to carry my bags up the stairs from the street level up and down was amazing. Carlo, grabbed a hold of my bags and we met him at the top. I didn’t have to carry anything. The staff inside was so friendly and sweet! Even the late night staff when we came back to the hotel after a long night of eating and drinking!! We had a nightcap at the bar and took our beverages to the rooftop. Again just taking in the night sky with a such a romantic view made for a memorable experience!! I will definitely book here again!!
