This hotel has poor accessibility, 74 stairs, no elevator or ramp to access and with all luggage was a nightmare, the staff was nice, rooms with poor cleanliness ,definitely I not recommend, 4 stars but for me is only 2 stars

"Beautiful setting, helpful staff."

Beautiful spot, just walk down the steps (yes, the steps are part of the charm of Atrani), and you're on the beach. Very friendly staff. The bedrooms aren't modern, but everything worked, and it was comfortable. Lovely rooftop space. Carlo is a legend, he carries the luggage up and down those stairs with a smile.

The hotel was very clean , and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Carlos for lugging our bags, always a smile on his face. The roof top was amazing, the view unbelievable. Alessandra was beautiful and always nice to see her at the end of a big day. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Just be mindful there are about 80 stairs to get to the hotel. The view is worth it.

"Nice hotel in Atrani but reception could improve"

Location in Atrani. Staff serving at breakfast and root top extremely kind and very service oriented

1. I looked for hotels with parking in Amalfi coast and this hotel clearly states in services to count with parking . This is not true but I found out only after Booking was done and paid for. This is also on Booking.com: do you verify the services that you advertise? 2.Poor room service and reception: I went out for dinner asking for additional bottles of water for the room. When I came back the reception had not provided and did not have any bottles anymore. With temperatures above 35 degrees the hotel should plan way better and make sure clients can obtain drinking water. I have some further comments on areas to improve in reception but lets keep this short
