Hotel La Vista Azul

I stayed for one day only! But zero complaints.

They had security patrol around the property and staff were helpful with calling transportation to get you around town. A good 4/5 star rating for this hotel.

There were no service the front desk is far then the water wasn’t warm enough we saw a couple of big roach We selected this hotel because they said they offered breakfast they didn’t serve have any not even a bottle water.. the lady that cleans the room was very nice

False advertisement, this is not an all inclusive, room access are terrible. no staff in sight, water was cold.

Shower water temperature is not hot enough. Check-in agent was awesome.

Property is well maintained.I did not like that there is no phone service to contact front desk in the room.I did not like that the pool is all the way in the 5th floor and no elevators to go up..I would recommend renting a vehicle because the property is not near to all conveniences eg beach or grocery..We also asked for late checkout on our departure day and was only given half hour.

The hotel was great, no complaint

Staffing was very pleasant. How ever the additional roll out bed that was needed was less than satisfactory also very uncomfortable. It was a lawn chair. This needs to be updated to the proper roll out bed I was charged for. I ended up sleeping in a chair. This is my only complaint.
